The Story:<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started to study the TC springs with Walter Pollet-Villard, in 2012, 4 years ago. During two years, we measured almost all the 1\/10 touring springs on the market. Our idea wasn’t to produce or copy any spring of any brand, but just to perfectly study how are working the shock springs in 1\/10 touring, to understand which parameters of the springs are decisive in the car handling for every kind of track.<\/p>\n

We quickly created a full spring table, to compare every parameters of every spring of every brands we tested, in order to define similarities in specifications and their respective effects on the car.<\/p>\n

In 2014, I defined a first springs series for Team Magic, but this one wasn’t released due to a too large springs range. It’s usually the problem when you want very fine tune possibilities, and large application range (including both electric and nitro cars).<\/p>\n

In 2015, Team Magic accepted a reduced range project, especially focused on 1\/10 EP touring cars requirements, and some prototype springs were released for intensive tests. We started to test them in Slovakia, during the ETS round were race was cancelled on a perfectly sunny sunday. So, we had a perfect racing track almost fully free for our first tests, with good time references after a high level race.<\/p>\n

\"NEW<\/a><\/p>\n

After that, I made tests during the summer locally in Switzerland and Italy, and gave full sets to Patrick Gassauer and Rob Janssen, and managed tests during French Cup and French Championship with some team drivers.\u00a0With dozens of feedbacks, I quickly validate the definitive spring range, and productions started last month.<\/p>\n

Philipp Walleser used these new springs to win the last round of MRC Longwy Winter series, with lap record, pole position, and victory !<\/p>\n

\"NEW<\/p>\n

Our springs are 22.5mm long. It’s a special specification we choose, to combine multiple advantages. They are perfectly compatible with almost all the cars on the market, even if designed for 20mm springs (it’s \u00a0easy to install them with the required\u00a0spring cups). The 22.5mm length provides finer tune range, and intermediate effect in comparison to 20mm and 25mm springs. Main idea wasn’t to create something already existing on the market from other brands, but to offer alternative springs that complete series that every competitors already have in their material boxes.<\/p>\n

Results seems extremely good, and I have to thanks every driver who participated to the validation tests for their respective feedbacks and advices.<\/p>\n
