Last Weekend was round 6 of the Swiss Nationals directly on the lake of Geneva in the beautiful city Morges VD. Many visitors became there to watch the race of best Swiss drivers. The track offered nature grass surface and changed a lot during the race (drivers did not expect to see anymore grass in the finals! the track lost traction from lap to lap).
HRC’s new team driver and Patrick’s new teammate Ronny Lüber entered with his all new Team Associated RC8.3 on 4th position on the grid, while. Swiss championship current leader Patrick Hofer put his Team Associated RC8.3 on 6th position into the finals.
In the final run Patrick started with the crash and had to push the field from last position. Patrick took his joker and showed an unbelievable fast race during the 45min final. He did not only shortened his 8 second delay to catch back the field – he even passed driver by driver and took the lead in minute 30 of the race. Patrick won the race followed by Ronny. We congratulate these two drivers who probably did one of their best races !
