The Winter Series of the MRC Longwy club is now one of the most popular series that shares drivers from France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. This week-end was the long awaited round 1, with not less than 102 drivers, in 4 categories (Modified / 10.5 / 13.5 / Rookie).
Team Magic Highlights:
Ladies First: Marina Baczkiewicz wins the Rookie Class, a very nice result for the young lady 😉
Comeback: former French National Champion, Nicolas Schwendimann, made his comeback during this race, after one complete year and half off. Nicolas qualified his E4RS III (first version, with old prototype parts) in A-final, and finished overall sixth ! Welcome back Nicolas !! Very happy to see you back 🙂 Good job !
Great Team: 15 drivers was racing there with a Team Magic E4RS III Plus, in every class. New Belgian team drivers have been surprised and very happy to obtain many help and advises from top drivers like Jacques Libar and Philipp Walleser. We are very happy to have feedbacks about good teamwork like that. Thanks to all drivers for that.
Belgian Team Magic driver, Jérome Defrenne, wins the first round of Modelifun championship, at Meux (between Brussels and Namur, in Belgium).
The 3 drivers of the RC Shop Menen, all with Team Magic E4RS III Plus, was qualified wor the A-final; a very nice team result.

Dear all,
Many users, drivers and retailers are asking us about the next Team Magic 1/10 Touring Car, and if we are really planning to release a 2017 version.
Of course, RC racing requires to always develop cars, material and setups, to maintains the brand on the highest level of competition possible. For that, we are constantly working on our products, like any other brand, to find any new possibility to increase our competitiveness.
We are working since months to develop our touring car basis, by learning as much as possible from our top drivers and competitors. We listen, we open eyes, we study all that we can.
Some of our ideas have been implemented on other car brands (like 3D flex system, symmetrical flex chassis etc), and of course we are also inspired by solutions used by other brands; this is really not a secret.
For some people, everybody is just copying everybody; and for others this is normal inspiration and adaptation to new standards, solutions and levels.
We learned a lot with our E4RS III Plus, and defined the points we could work on to make them even better for 2017.

Our drawings, made in Europe, are now at Taiwan for final validation. We hope to be able to release the next evolution of our Touring Car basis in the next months.

Last week-end was first round of Luxembourg Indoor Nationals. Our team driver Jacques Libar participated to this event, and won the race in modified with his Team Magic E4RS III Plus.

Martin Sørlie from Norway, who joined the team end September, made his debuts with the Team Magic E4RS III Plus last week-end at the Mountain Model Camp.
Martin, who didn’t raced TC since years, obtained a great result for his first race with the E4RS III Plus, by winning first final round and finishing overall second.
