My hardest French Cup

The French cup took place in Evry the past weekend, I made the displacement after some weeks without driving but with a great desire to ride!

I arrived on Friday afternoon to do some practices to learn that track where I never went before.

My first practice run was slow, I had to learn each corners of the track and don’t make mistakes, the car felt good immediately, easy to drive with a good grip. For the second practice run, I decided to let the same setup and accelerate the pace, I did some good laps but unfortunately I got thermal break after 3 minutes. It was already 34 degrees and it this weather was expected all weekend…

Team Magic DOMINATES Modified + 13.5 categories at 2016 French National Cup !!

What a fantastic week-end for Team Magic at the 2016 French National Cup, held at Evry (near Paris) the past week-end !

In France, there are yearly two outdoor national titles in each categories. One by the French Championship, (5 races on 5 different track), and the second by the French National Cup, which is a single race.

Team Magic DOMINATES Modified + 13.5 categories at 2016 French National Cup !!

In Modified category, Cyril N’Diaye obtained the pole position, while his teammates Thomas Vigneron (current leader of the French Championship) qualified his Team Magic E4RS III Plus on the second position, and Rémi Callens on height position.

Car

During the finales, Cyril and Thomas had a good fight and finished 1/2 and 2/1 during the 2 first finales. The third was decisive and Cyril maintained his position and won the race ! With Cyril TQ + Win, Thomas second, and Rémi fifth, we can say Team Magic dominates the category ! Great job to all TM drivers !

Team Magic Europe is proud to announce the release of the new PRO-J series setting tools, designed by racers for racers.

These tools are precisely machined in high quality laser engraved aluminum and will be available end of August.

This fine-tune ride height gauge allows racers to perfectly set the ride height of their 1/10 Touring Cars (also usable for Pan Cars and F1).

This high precision droop gauge is designed for ultra fine droop settings for 1/10 Touring Cars. Measurements are made under wheel axles, that allows more precise setting and more accurate droop setting comparison between different cars and brands.

Combined with the TM117204 10.0~10.1 blocks, steps are from 0.1 to 0.1mm !! This is simply the most precise and useful gauge on the market !

What a great result ! What a long time to get it this year ! What a hard competition and high level !

Firstly, all my thanks to ETS organisers, Scotty Ernst, Üwe and Tony Reinard, Hudy Family for the huge facilities, and any people who make the ETS possible.

This year has been hard for us, especially for Patrick Gassauer who had so many time bad luck, it was time that the wheel turns ! So, I’m deeply pride and happy to announce Patrick finished FOUR, and made a TQ in qualification 1 !!
